Replacing your furnace, air conditioner or heat pump is not as simple as just changing out equipment. 1. Our Comfort Specialists identify the proper furnace, air conditioner or heat pump for your home. They make sure that your equipment is sized correctly for your home for the maximum in comfort and energy efficiency. They will recommend a new furnace and air conditioning system that fits both your needs and your budget. They will also perform an evaluation of your duct system to make sure your home has proper air flow to each room. This makes sure that you have even temperature in each room and makes you more comfortable. In addition, they will make sure you are informed of Air Quality options, including humidifiers, air cleaners & programmable thermostats.
2. Our Installation Technicians are the best in the business and will treat you and your home with the respect it deserves. We properly install furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps to manufacturer specifications, and make sure they are operating correctly before we leave. We also wear shoe covers and put down tarps to protect your floor coverings. We always explain the installation and show you how to use the programmable thermostat. When we are finished, we will clean up after ourselves and remove your old furnace, AC or heat pump. This old equipment is then picked up by a scrap company which recycles as much of the old metal as possible.
3. Free Planned Maintenance Agreement for the first year. We will come back within the first year and fully clean and check your heating and air conditioning system.
