Dear Valued Customers,

Much like you, we here at Schneller & Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air have been paying close attention to the news regarding the spread of COVID-19. We care a great deal about the health and safety of each employee at Schneller & Knochelmann, as well as their families, our customers, and our communities.

That’s why we’re reaching out to share what we’re doing at Schneller & Knochelmann in response to COVID-19. We are closely watching the reports from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and taking many precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our team members and customers.

Schneller & Knochelmann is continuing to run day-to-day operations without interruption, and we expect no change to the level of service we offer our customers. As a service business, the majority of our 80 employees are out in trucks by themselves each day and are ready to be of service.

We have taken the following additional precautionary measures:

  • Technicians are being supplied with additional sanitizing materials, including gloves and shoe covers, for both your safety and their safety. They have been advised to touch as few surfaces as possible and to wipe everything down that they have touched with sanitizing wipes.
  • All employees are asked to stay at home if they feel ill or anyone in their family feels ill and remain at home until a doctor has permitted them to return to work.
  • We are increasing the sanitizing of our offices during the day and looking for ways to enable some of our office personnel to work from home.

To help us ensure the safety of our team, if you or someone in your family is ill, please contact us and we can reschedule your appointment for later in the season. Please know that we are here for you and will continue to operate with as little interruption as possible.

In the meantime, we’re finding that some of our customers are taking advantage of their time at home and scheduling the tune-up that they had been putting off. Please give us a call or email us if you’d like to schedule yours.
