Meet Bobby Hubbard, ACCA President
At Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air, our people are our strength and we like to highlight their efforts, especially when they support our industry and community. We are proud to celebrate Bobby Hubbard, our Operations Manager, as the 2025 President of the ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) of Cincinnati. ACCA exists to promote the welfare of heating and air professionals to better serve their customers.
Bobby has served on the ACCA board for the past three years, bringing his deep knowledge, integrity, and commitment to the HVAC industry. Now, as President, he’s helping shape the future of our trade and advocating for excellence and innovation throughout Greater Cincinnati. Bobby joins a long list of contractors in Cincinnati who work to improve our industry.
Bobby’s dedication to HVAC isn’t just professional — it’s personal. His family’s roots run deep with the Knochelmann family. His father, Rick Hubbard Sr., spent over 30 years with our company. His sister, Ashley, supported the team in the office as an admin and dispatcher during her college years. And his brother, Rick Jr., carried the torch as an HVAC technician.
Bobby’s background includes serving in the Marines, as a Heavy Machine Gunner 0331. Bobby and his wife Rachel are proud parents of two and love spending time on their rural property in Hamilton County. Today, Bobby leads our entire team of technicians and their support group with the same passion and work ethic his family has always embodied. We’re honored to have him at the helm of ACCA Cincinnati and even more honored to have him serve your home with the expertise and care our legacy stands for.
